Day Two of our Fun.
We woke up- all the girls dressed in their matching Frozen shirts and went to breakfast.  We found out the day before that we needed to kill time, and make sure the kids ate a lot before, so we went out to breakfast.  Then we still waited to get into the park.  As we walked in we saw Minnie!  The other character I really wanted to let Marianne see.  Big hugs for Minnie too.  From everyone but Beth who was terrified of all the characters except Stitch who we saw at character dinning.  We figured out that Beth was cutting molars the entire time hence her monstrous attitude.  We had her on tylenol the entire time but it only seemed to take the edge off poor girl.
Our first ride of the day was the Jungle Cruise. Then Small World.  We rode almost every ride we could including a few a few times.  The kids loved Small, World and Tea Cups especially making Mom sick on those dumb spinning cups.  At noon Jake took the littles for a rest.  I was so excited to stay and ride rides with the big kids, but they were tired too.  We rode Star Tours together which made Sam feel really cool. Sam and Kate were crying in fear after we waited twenty minutes to get on the Mattahorn and so we bailed.  Then they were whining about my suggestion for lunch, and it was super hot, so we went back and had a break at the hotel too.  Then we were ready for the rest of the day all together.  We headed to Pirates first because it was one of the rides Kate wanted to ride most.  Marianne was scared to we promised to ride Winnie the Pooh after.  Sadly after when we went over to Winnie the Pooh it was closed for no reason.  So we ran to the meet and greet of Pooh characters only to miss that too.  It was starting to seem like Disneyland wanted to break my three year olds heart and I was getting so sad. Then things turned up and we rode Winnie the pooh on repeat for her.  Kate proved to be an amazing big sister the entire trip trying to help her siblings have fun and feeling a bit too old for everything some how already.  She even said at one point how she wanted to ride with Marianne so she could see her happy face when she got to ride a certain ride.  Really that is what I came away with after two days at this park, how I have amazing kids who I like to hang out with and like one another and that makes me feel so lucky.  With so many kids at Disneyland you wouldn't think anyone would notice mine, but several times a day people seemed charmed by my little ones just as I was the entire time.
